Refund policy
NQ Ally Works Pty Ltd T/AS Kimberley2Cape 4Wd & Adventure Accessories may offer a full or partial refund for goods returned to our facility IAW the following guidelines:
- goods are returned in an undamaged unused resalable condition
- goods are returned within 4 weeks of item purchase
- goods are a stock item and were not made to order
- applicable restocking fee's may apply as listed in the product description
- refunds for damaged or faulty products are IAW product warranty terms & conditions
- freight & transport costs to return items for refund are the responsibility of the purchaser/returner
