Ownership / Title Of Goods
Until paid in full all goods remain the property of NQ Ally Works Pty Ltd. All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
Freight Service Providers
NQ Ally Works Pty Ltd reserves the right to choose a freight provider that best suits NQ Ally Works needs and service requirements at time of order fulfillment. Simply put what may seem a better option by you may not be suitable / compatible with our business systems and standard practices.
Authority To Leave
Any items ordered where freight option is selected as "satchel" will automatically have an "authority to leave if unattended" instruction applied to the parcel. The customer or person placing the order acknowledges this, accepting the risk and is responsible for any items which has been delivered where a person was not able to take direct receipt of goods, the goods were left unattended and theft of goods results.
Undelivered Or Lost Parcels
IAW our preferred shipping partners Cover Policy for lost or damaged items, to be eligibly for cover we must be notified within 20 business days from the last ETA delivery date on the tracking portal. Unless we are contacted and extra cover is arranged for the delivery of your parcel, if you are deemed eligible for standard included cover, the maximum cover amount offered is IAW the cover policy (link listed above). Extra covered must be arranged with us prior to order placement.
Order Fulfillment, Dispatch & ETA's
Delivery times outlined at the time of order placement or on freight service provider tracking data are an estimate only and delivery in some case may take longer as a result of but not limited to the following factors:
- delivery location (remote or out of area delivery address)
- freight service provider staff shortages & breakdowns
- unexpected service cancellations
- weather & natural disasters
Failure to meet any delivery ETA's outlined at the time of order placement or on freight service provider tracking data is not justification for and/or will not result in order cancellation, full or partial refund.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure fast and efficient dispatch of orders, order fulfillment & dispatch of stocked items may take 2 - 3 days and "made to order" items may take longer based on our production schedule at time of order placement. Estimated delivery times, whilst may vary for reasons described above are indicative of estimated transit time from the date goods are picked up by the freight service provider and not from the date the order was placed.
NQ Ally Works Pty Ltd reserves the right to redirect products back to us IAW the terms outlined in "Terms Of Service"
